• Starting the Game
  • The game is playable the moment it loads.
  • Select shuffle to scramble the pieces of the puzzle, change the puzzle size to include more pieces in the puzzle, or your own photo to use it as the puzzle image.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse:
      • Left click and drag the pieces to fit them together.
      • Right click on the pieces to rotate them
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap and swipe the puzzle pieces on the screen with your fingers to put the pieces together.
    • Tap on the puzzle pieces to rotate them.
  • Controls and indicators
    • The game’s controls and indicators occupy the top row of the screen. They are, from left to right, as follows:
      • The timer: Measures the time elapsed while you assemble the puzzle
      • The buttons to toggle which pieces to display
        • Border: Shows the edge pieces
        • Middle: Shows the rest of the pieces
        • All: Shows all the pieces
      • The shuffle button: Scrambles the puzzle pieces
      • The preview button: Displays a faded out version of the puzzle
      • The help button: Provides a short guide to how the game works
      • The piece number drop-down box: Lets you choose the number of pieces the puzzle comes in
      • The create puzzle button: Use this to a new picture to turn into a puzzle.
    • Only the shuffle and preview buttons are immediately available on the touchscreen version of the game.

  • Using a custom image
    • You can any image of your choice, set the puzzle piece size & then press the shuffle button to shuffle the pieces.
    • When you an image into this game that image is stored in your local web browser & we do not retain a copy of it.
  • Solving the puzzle
    • The puzzle starts off solved.
      • Press the shuffle button to break it apart.
    • Select and drag the puzzle pieces together.
      • Puzzle pieces that go together snap automatically.
      • Assembled groups of pieces move together in unison.
    • If the puzzle piece isn’t facing the right direction, right click or tap on it to rotate it clockwise.
    • Select the preview button if you want to have a guide.
