• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen, select play to begin.
  • On the bottom right corner of the welcome screen are the following controls:
    • Select the reset button to clear your previous high score.
    • Select the speaker button to turn the game’s sound effects on or off.

    • Your high score appears below the play button on the welcome screen.

  • Basic rules
    • Clear the food-themed cards by finding pairs of identical cards.
      • At the start of each round, the game will show all the cards face up for a few seconds. Memorize as many of their positions as you can.
      • Select one card to put it face up. Repeat the process with another card.
        • If the cards match, they will be removed from the screen.
        • If they don’t, they will return to the face down position one at a time.
      • Cards will remain face up for awhile before they return to the face down position.
        • If you’re quick enough, you can use this to open a different card before the last card goes face down.
        • If the cards are identical, they will be cleared. You don’t need to click on the other card again.
    • Complete a round by clearing all the cards on the field.
    • Play through as many rounds as you can before the timer expires
      • You begin each round with the clock already ticking.
      • Clearing a pair of cards replenishes the timer.
    • On the game over screen, select the reset button to start a new game or the home button to return to the welcome screen.
  • Scoring
    • Each pair you make is worth 2 points at base value.
    • With each pair you clear, you gain a multiplier bonus.
      • Multiplier bonuses increase by increments of 1. For instance, at the start, you have a x1 multiplier. After your first pair, you gain a x2 multiplier, and so on.
      • The multiplier bonus applies to the next card pair you clear.
      • Multiplier bonuses are temporary; if you wait too long, they will expire. From there, you will start the multiplier counter from 1.
    • Your high score is updated in real time. Once you sur your previous high score, your current and high scores grow alongside each other.
    • You don’t have to end the game in a game over to save your high score.
