• Starting the Game
  • Press the START GAME button on the welcome screen to start the game.
  • The welcome screen has a HOW HUMANS WORK button under the START BUTTON which describes how the humans move.

    • Move left by pressing the A key or the left arrow key.
    • Move right by pressing the D key or the right arrow key.
    • Move up by pressing the W key or the up arrow key.
    • Move down by pressing the S key or the down arrow key.

    • This game was designed for play on computers with attached keyboards.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The brains you have captured in the current level are shown in the upper left, whereas the outlines of brains you need to capture are shown in a lighter color.
    • Your zombie has an arrow near it showing the direction of your next move.
    • Each human has an arrow near them showing the direction they will move on their next move.

    • This game has a dozen levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can’t go back and replay previously beat levels without starting the game over.
      • If you start the game over you will start again at the first stage.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You win by capturing all the human brains on each stage.
      • On the early stages where there is only one human there is no way to lose. You simply play until you win.
      • On the last 4 stages where there are 2 or 3 humans you can lose by capturing one of the human brains & then having the other human turn into a zombie which captures a human brain before you do.
        • If you lose a level this game offers you unlimited continues, starting at the beginning of the level you lost.
  • Tips
    • Trapping
      • If a level has a whiter square on it compared to the other squares that is the square you want to trap the human on to limit their movement options.
      • If a stage has a section where there is a single tile sticking out (similar to the white tile mentioned above) that single tile is often where you want to trap the human.

    • Multiple people
      • When a stage has multiple humans on it you have to make a quick path to subsequent humans after capturing the first brain, or else you can end up losing to the other human-turned-zombie who collects the brain.
      • Use the arrows humans show on their path and the boundaries of the level to help determine where you should try to run into the humans.
