• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the number of players to begin.

  • Setting up
    • Choose between single and two-player modes.
    • Choose from one of 6 available player characters, then choose Go.
  • Basic rules
    • Your ship automatically moves forward and shoots.
      • Shoot a hole through the blocks that stand in your way.
      • Each shot reduces the strength of the block, indicated by its number, by one.
      • Once the block’s number reaches zero, it is destroyed. You can through the gap without issue.
    • Collect power ups.
      • Power ups appear as boxes with the word “up” on them.
      • They spawn in various parts of the gap. Reach them to pick them up, but do so quickly.
      • Each power up will give you a brief boost in firepower.
      • Use the boost to shoot blocks faster or shoot groups of blocks at once.
    • Don’t hit any of the blocks.
      • If you hit the blocks, it’s game over.
      • In two-player games, if one player dies, the other is the winner.

    • You earn points from every hit you make.
    • The more blocks you take out, the higher your score will be.
    • You can view your playthrough’s current score and your overall best score on the game over screen.
