• Starting the Game
  • Press the yellow and white PLAY button on the welcome screen to bring up the level select screen.
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress including completed levels and total slices of pizza collected.
  • The upper right corner of the welcome screen has a sound control button.

  • Controls & indicators
    • The upper left corner of the screen has a button to return to the level select screen. Next is a count of how many pizza slices you collected.
    • The top center of the screen shows what level number you are currently playing.
    • The upper right corner has buttons to restart the current level and control game sound.
    • The level select screen shows which levels you have unlocked and how many total slices of pizza you have collected.

  • Basics
    • This is a route planning game where you draw paths for the pizza delivery boy to walk down in order to avoid hazards, collect pizza slices, and make it to the pizza box at the end of each stage.
  • Level features
    • Delivery boy – the character you must draw a path (or series of paths) for to get them to the pizza box.
    • Pizza box – the destination you must reach to exit the level.
    • Pizza slices – fixed or stationary slices, which you can walk through to collect.
    • Walls – touching them on your journey leads to an instant death.
    • Spikes – spikes can retract periodically. Walking directly over spikes while they are not retracted leads to an instant death.
    • Crates – can be fixed or moving. Running into them is just like running into a wall.
    • Golden brown buttons – walking over a golden brown button will freeze nearby moving crates.
    • Water – similar to walking into a wall or walking over spikes – instant death.
    • Red buttons – walk across red buttons to turn water into regular ground.
  • Levels
    • This game has 25 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You beat a level by safely making it to the pizza box at the end of each stage.
      • You lose a level if you run into spikes, hit a fixed or moving crate, run into a wall, or run into water.
      • This game offers unlimited continues starting you at the beginning of any failed level.
        • If you die on a stage you retain any pizza slices you collected on the prior play.
  • Tips
    • When you draw paths they should start from where the pizza delivery boy’s feet are.
    • If you make an error drawing a path you can tap on the screen (not on the DELIVER button) to erase your path and draw anew.
    • Your final path has to end in the center of the pizza box. If you are standing near the pizza box but do not jump through it then draw another path which puts you closer to the center of the bottom portion of the pizza box and hit the deliver button once more.
    • On levels with a complex level design it can help to make many small path drawings and move a bit at a time rather than trying to draw the entire path for the whole level at once.
      • It can make sense to stop paths just before moving boxes or retractable spikes so that when you initiate the next move your timing is perfect.
    • Where pizza slices move back and forth you can create a circuitous path which guarantees you route through every potential location for each slice, or stop in between areas so you can circle back if you missed any slices.
    • You do not need to collect every piece of pizza to beat a stage. If you are having trouble collecting some slices you can simply finish the level and play through the other levels before coming back to collect the missed slices.
