Pull and release to guide your car around the racetrack to finish in first place ahead of the other racers.
- Starting the Game
- Click on the green button with the checkered flags at the bottom center of the welcome screen.
- Select which car you want to use.
- Select which racetrack you want to race on.
- The game has a sound control button in the upper right corner of the welcome screen.
- Game Controls
- Tap the screen or left click your mouse and pull back while setting the angle to propel your car forward in the direction of the arrow.
- Repeat the process racing around the track 3 times.
- There is a yellow button near the lower left corner of the screen you can click on to use your power move once per lap.

- Car selection
- Each car has its own strengths and weaknesses.
- Penelope Pitstop in the Compact Pussycat can drive over rough terrain without penalty to speed once per race.
- Peter Perfect in the Turbo Terrific has a super-powerful turbo boost that lasts for one turn.
- The Gruesome Twosome in the Doom Buggy can make itself temporarily invincible.
- Dick Dastardly & Muttley in the Mean Machine can stun other cars by crashing into them, making them lose one turn.
- Course selection
- The courses with fewer turns are easier as you can push hard on straightaways and you do not need to align multiple consecutive corners.
- Even the fourth track is still quite easy.
- General
- You get to go first, so you should be able to build up a decent lead on straightaways right off the start of the race, especially on the simpler courses.
- On the more complex courses with many turns setting your hit strength to align yourself for a powerful follow-through move into and around subsequent corners is important.
- If you fall behind you can use powerups to catch up.
- When you hit corners it does not matter if your car is facing the wrong direction as you can turn it at any angle for the next push.
- When ing through it helps to go a bit softer to align the car going into the corner so that you can aim for the apex and drive straight through multiple corners at once on a single move.
- Avoid hitting obstacles on the course.
- Water causes your car to slow and stop.
- Spikes slow you down and forfeit your next turn.

This racing game comes with a twist. Unlike in other Wacky Races racing games, you control the propulsion of the car by slinging it across the track. It’s a unique racing concept that adds a bit more agency to the player. Rather than having a constant speed, you have control over how well and how far your car performs. Your job is to keep slinging your racer across each lap until you or the competitors reach the finish line.
One thing that sets this apart from the other Wacky Races games is the variety. You don’t just get four different tracks. The racers themselves are different from one another. Each racer has a special bonus that you can use once per lap. Dick Dastardly, for instance, can stun other racers by colliding with them. Meanwhile, Penelope Pitstop can drive through rough terrain without a speed penalty. You can use your player’s unique powers to your advantage in the right situation.
The game is turn-based. You always get to go first, though, which gives you a decent chance at earning a lead. Your special powers can help you through tough spots. However, the turn-based nature of the game can work to your advantage and disadvantage. Rough terrain outside the racecourse will slow you down in most cases. You won’t go far in your turn if you get caught on the grass. You also won’t go far if you hit a puddle, and lose a turn if you hit spikes.
